Backed by a strong entrepreneurial acumen, the founders of ProVox Group AG Switzerland, have successfully pursued an organic growth strategy since 2006 providing advanced Customer Experience Management technologies and solutions to renowned companies including UPC Broadband (Europe), France Telecom Orange Group (Europe), Enel (Italy), Kabel Deutschland (Germany) and H3G (Italy).
Alexander Kheylik (1959), Chief Technology Officer, CustVox AG & President, ProVox Labs LLC:
Mr. Kheylik is responsible for the technological creation, development and testing of all CustVox products and solutions. He created several IT companies in Russia, including Fortune.ru, one of the first and largest social networks in that country.
He leads the research and development team of ProVox Labs LLC in Ukraine and Russia, bringing his expertise and knowledge in fostering a creative and innovative environment of talented people as the Chief Technology Officer of CustVox AG.
He has also created or collaborated in the invention of several pioneering web-based technologies, including public-paid Wi Fi access points, SMS and phone verifications for web-registering, a two-channel video phone, amongst many other important technological steps.
Donat Grimm (1970), Chief Marketing Officer:
Mr. Grimm is responsible for the marketing strategy of CustVox products and services, ensuring that they meet the market needs and fit within our clients’ CRM plan. He has strong analytical skills, and is a good communicator and motivator.
Mr. Grimm started his career at UBS where he worked in the marketing department. Fascinated by the possibilities of the internet, he joined the internet provider Swiss Online as Head of Product Marketing. In 2000, he assumed the responsibility of Head of Business Unit Internet Services, where he was responsible for the acquisition and retention of customers and where he first introduced CRM systematically.
Jukka Hekanaho, Ph.D. (1965), Chief Customer Officer:
Doctor Hekanaho is responsible for consulting CustVox customers on how to exploit data mining and predictive analytics using CustVox CEM solutions. He is charged with driving customer-focused strategies and new business development for the company.
Prior to joining CustVox, Jukka was Head of Data Mining at Credit Suisse - one of the largest Swiss Banks. Most recently he served as Head of CRM at Sarasin Bank in Switzerland.
Jukka owns a Ph.D. in Data Mining and Computer Science from the Åbo Akademi University of Turku, Finland. He is considered a visionary leader and true pioneer developing data mining and statistical models in the financial industry.
Stanislav Lipchansky (1966), Head of Software Development, ProVox Labs LLC:
Mr. Lipchansky leads all software development projects at ProVox Labs LLC. He has twenty years experience developing innovative software integration with business solutions.
Prior to joining ProVox Labs, Mr. Lipchansky led several software development teams for various Ukranian companies. He participated in an international project to develop solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM platforms. He received his qualification in software integration projects according to the Diamond Methodology (Columbus IT partner) and On Target (Navision). He is also a qualified ERP and CRM developer of business solutions.
Alexander Stefanovich (1980), Director, Research & Development, ProVox Labs LLC:
Mr. Stefanovich is responsible for the research and development of different intelligent solutions for ProVox Labs. He brings over 10 years experience in designing and engineering innovative software for different spheres of business that demand creative and intelligent solutions.
After graduating at St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation with honors, he was hired to become a key engineer on a research project to design safety critical systems with Renault Research Technocenter. Afterwards, he became technical leader in designing and engineering high performance billing systems for telecommunication companies at one of the leading software companies in Russia.
Federico Cesconi (1965) leads the strategic vision of CustVox, helping the organization to maintain its leading position and competitive advantage with his in-depth expertise and knowledge, predicting new trends and the evolution of Customer Experience Management and Customer Intelligence.
He is considered a leading predictive analytics specialist by the global data mining community and has been recently quoted by The Economist as one of the worldwide experts in data analytics.
He actively lectures on Customer Experience Management and Customer Analytics at several conferences and forums across the globe.
In early 2007, Mr. Cesconi developed and deployed effective customer experience methodologies and models that have been used as best practices in the industry. Based on this methodology, he was awarded the gold medal in 2008 by Gartner and the Pepper&Rogers Group for the “Best 1-to-1 Customer Strategy”.
Mr. Cesconi built his own know-how in predictive analytics and data mining 15 years ago, with important achievements in highly competitive markets. He conceptually created and deployed the database marketing engine, which generated a 430% customer base growth for Cablecom (Swiss cable operator). In 2006, he developed a churn risk data-mining model to reduce customer defection, honored with the North American Insight Award, being the first time a European organization was honored with such a prestigious award.
